I escaped the office and had a leisurely day at sea with the owner of a Broom 415 Offshore "Ula". We took her from Poole Harbour to Hythe Marina in Southampton.
The boat ran faultlessly and, with a clean hull and in a slightly choppy sea in Bournemouth bay, we saw a top speed of 28.6 knots. Most of the cruise was done at 2000rpm and we still saw a comfortable cruise of between 19 and 20 knots.
Now lying ashore and ready for any inspection or survey.
