Broom - 415
A fantastic example of the Broom 415 OS (for Off Shore) built by Broom boats in Brundall Norfolk to a design by John Bennett associates, using heavy hand laid GRP to hull and superstructure Teak based interior fit out with teak lay to side decks and synthetic teak aft deck. With attractive and very well maintained Navy Blue gelcoat to hull side and white gel below the water.
Fast semi-planing hull form with shallow skeg keel on a medium rise hull form remaining quite deep vee aft. The 415 OS (for Off Shore) is the popular aft cabin layout with lifted command bridge and is designed to be able to comfortably go to sea and yet still retains the ability to explore the inland waterways of Northern Europe with her easily lowered radar arch giving that all important height to do so.
The original owner specified many extras and upgrades to her and this has resulted in her remaining a prime example of the marque. Her current owner has recently undertaken the following works to ensure she remains in tip top order-
Full engine service
Anti-foul, new anodes, props refurbished
New TV for Saloon
New Cockpit Canopies
New Cockpit Table
Bilge Pumps all overhauled/replaced
Recent new Generator

At the asking price she will not be around long as she represents excellent value for money. Sensible offers are invited.

Additional Information
The Broom 415 Offshore (or OS) was a development in the long line of aft-cabin family-size sea going motor cruisers that Broom progressively developed and refined over the many years. The 415 is a powerful, fast, offshore cruiser capable of good cruising and top speed of around 27 knots. The spacious interior provides very comfortable, live aboard facilities for extensive cruising.
Having personally inspected the boat we can vouch for her overall condition as being very good indeed. The whole boat has been very well maintained throughout its life and presents very well.
The boat has a very full inventory and I suspect that the first person to look at her will be the next owner.
There are two extra fuel tanks of 100 gallons each fitted to enhance her range and, with the reliable Cat engine option and so many extras throughout, not forgetting the proven ability both at sea and on inland waterways, she has to be the boat of choice.
